Kathy Rhoades, Educator-on-Loan, Human Resource Management Division – NCDPI, will facilitate a forum to discuss issues concerning the new Performance-Based Licensure process. We invite all novice teachers, mentors, and building-level administrators to participate.

What should a first year teacher be doing now to prepare for this process?
How can this process help me be a better teacher?
How can veteran teachers help novice teachers be successful?
What can administrators do to support the novice teacher?
Participants are encouraged to bring the Performance-Based Licensure handbook.
