As concluding activities for this month, the Sharks Team visited Holy Angels in Belmont, NC on March 30. This was also the kick-off day for the Sharks to begin the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Math-a-Thon. Mr. Gurley challenges his math students to raise money for this cause by finding sponsors to donate money for math problems they complete in the Math-a-Thon book.
