Corey's Peanut Butter Cookies

PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
(ORIGINAL VERSION)

1cup peanut butter
1cup sugar
1egg

Coat two baking sheets with nonstick spray. preheat oven to 350 degrees.    Combine peanut butter ,sugar, and egg; mix until combined drop dough by tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving 2-inch spaces between cookies.   Using a sugar dipped fork gently flatten each cookie. Bake8-10 minutes or until lightly brown and firn to touch.

Remove from oven and allow to cool on sheet before transferring to wire rack.

Yields: 3 dozen
